Mr. Kass owns Kass and Associates Inc. which has been in business since 1997 serving requisite tax research for firm tax planning engagements as well as direct oversight of client’s individual, partnership, estate and corporate tax needs in the New England area. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1989 and successfully completed licensing requirements to become a CVA in 2003. Mr. Kass worked with Price Waterhouse as a Sr. Tax Manager prior to opening his own firm. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Kass is a member of the Rhode Island Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Providence College with a BA in Accounting. |

Nick has been involved in the real estate/finance industry since 1972. His education includes a Bachelor's of Finance from Indiana University, a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University - Indianapolis. His background includes leasing and management with a Chicago-based, regional, shopping center owner; mortgage banking (origination, underwriting, secondary marketing & management), title company (co-owner); property management, real estate development (residential condominiums); investment, consulting and appraising (residential, commercial, easements and diminutive damages). His experience in teaching includes real estate broker and appraiser pre-licensing classes, continuing education seminars and real estate college classes for private schools, professional organizations, Indiana University and Butler University. He has written numerous seminars for both law and real estate professionals. He is currently on the board of directors of the Indiana Association of Realtors and the Realtor Foundation. He has also served on the national, regional and local board of directors for the Appraisal Institute and for the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. As an attorney, he has both prosecuted and defended real estate appraisers. As an appraiser, he has reviewed both residential and commercial appraisals as part of a litigation team. His background and education allow him to speak intelligently on today’s appraisal issues. As an appraiser, his experience includes appraising farms, local and regional shopping centers, conventional and HUD apartment facilities, steel mills, oil refineries, and mega-warehouses. His experience with special purpose properties includes mega-church facilities, school buildings, cemeteries, airports, and an abandoned U.S. Air Force Base. Specialty appraisal assignments have included forensic appraising for litigation purposes, conservation easements, pipeline easements and properties affected by environmental contamination, construction defects and partial interests. He and his son Jason are the ZDS Zone Owners of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area and the ADO for the State of Indiana. |

Mr. Verrett owns Acorn Appraisal Associates, a twenty five year old midsized residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm serving the Houston, TX area. He previously owned and operated Acorn Business Investments for five years providing investment banking services to small and midsized businesses including merger and acquisition consulting. Prior to these entrepreneurial efforts, Mr. Verrett was employed in the banking industry for ten years, of which his last three he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Banking Division with a large financial services holding company. In that role, Mr. Verrett pioneered the introduction of retail bank branches into Texas supermarket chains a service that is emulated today by several national and regional banks across the country. Mr. Verrett has BA and MA degrees in Economics, and is a graduate of the Southwestern School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. |

Mr. Green MAI,SRA is the principal of G. Daniel Green and Associates, Inc. an appraisal, consulting, and brokerage firm he founded in 1988. His firm includes eight staff appraisers, focusing on a mix of residential and commercial valuation and consulting assignments throughout the northwest Florida and coastal south Alabama markets. He earned a BSBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University of Florida in 1979. He has served on numerous committees and boards over the years for both the West Florida Homebuilder’s Association, as well as the Pensacola Association of Realtors. He also served as vice president of the former Society of Real Estate Appraisers local chapter. Mr. Green was awarded the SRA(Senior Residential Appraiser) designation by the Appraisal Institute in 1987, and the MAI(Member Appraisal Institute) designation in 1993. |

Mr. Huston is President of Las Palmas Appraisal, Inc., a Saint Petersburg, FL based company he founded in 2006. Appraising since 1999, he specializes in the valuation of historic and waterfront residential properties for both the lending and insurance industries. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (BS) with a degree in Mass Communications, specializing in advertising and public relations. John has also been instrumental in building and managing a several sales organizations within the specialty consumer electronics industry and has also been recognized as an industry leader in art and science of e-marketing. Currently, he has been engaged in the oversight of the design and implementation of the new ZDS CRM/PRM sales, marketing, and service platform. |

Mr. Savoie has been appraising real property since 1980. Upon his graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a minor in Economics, Mr. Savoie received his SRA designation in 1991. He is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of Michigan. Mr. Savoie has ownership interest in numerous companies dealing with many aspects of the real estate industry. His firms provide title insurance, handle loss mitigation and collateral debt purchases across the country. |

Mr. Segal owns Chicago based Segal Appraisals and is a Director of Residential Appraisal Services LLC. He has been a residential appraiser since 2000 with experience in forensic reviews. Mr. Segal developed the Appraiser’s WorkBench software to aide appraisers in sorting and analyzing market conditions for multi-year analysis and auto-completion of the Form 1004MC. He is a designated IFA with an MBA as well as a BS in Product Design and Development. Mr. Segal has served on the board of Westfields, Inc., an industrial supply company as well as MediPage Inc., a service provider of electronic messaging. He is a designated member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Metropolitan Chapter since 2004. |
